1. General provisions and definitions
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all guests of Logies op Dreef, located at Engweg 20, 3972 JH Driebergen-Rijsenburg, The Netherlands.
Where these terms and conditions refer to “tenant(s)” this may also be read as “guest(s)” or “user(s)”.
Tenant / Guest
The person who rents the guest house from the landlord for an agreed period and in return for payment of the agreed rental price.
Landlord
Logies op Dreef, provider of lodging services and operator of the guest house.
Owner
The private owner of the property and the guesthouse Logies op Dreef, Michiel Nouwens, is authorized to represent him.
Rental agreement
The agreement between tenant and landlord regarding temporary stay in the guest house.
Rental price
The price per night, plus any cleaning costs and tourist tax.
Deposit
The amount that can be requested in advance as security for damage, additional costs or loss.
2. Establishment of the rental agreement
The rental agreement is concluded after the tenant has completed a booking through the Logies op Dreef website, accepted these terms and conditions, and paid in full. The landlord will confirm the booking by email.
3. Payment terms
After placing a booking, the tenant must pay the full rental price via the online payment service Mollie.
Mollie provides secure payment processing. After the stay, the tenant automatically receives an email confirmation. invoice including VAT.
When paying via SEPA bank transfer, the full amount must be credited to your account within two days of booking. If payment is not received on time, the rental agreement will be deemed not to have been concluded.
4. Costs
Any additional costs, such as cleaning fees and tourist tax, are clearly stated on the landlord's website and are paid in the same way as the rental price.
5. Deposit
The landlord may charge a €150 security deposit. This will be refunded within two weeks of departure, after deducting any damages or additional costs.
6. Obligations of the landlord
The landlord is responsible for providing a clean and well-maintained guest accommodation that is available at the agreed time.
7. Tenant's obligations
The guest house is suitable for up to 2 persons. Only the persons specified at the time of booking may stay overnight in the accommodation.
The accommodation is not suitable for children under 12 years of age. If you do bring a child, it is entirely at your own risk. More than one child is not permitted.
In case of violation, the rental agreement may be terminated immediately without refund.
Use and behavior
- Private areas may not be entered
- When leaving the accommodation, windows and doors must be closed
- Damage or loss will be charged to the tenant.
Smoking and drugs
- Smoking is not allowed in the guest house
- The use of (soft) drugs is not permitted
- In case of violation the deposit will be forfeited
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Normal energy and water usage is included. Additional charges may apply for excessive usage.
8. Arrival and departure
Arrival is possible from 4:00 PM. Departure must take place before 11:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed.
Any defects must be reported within 24 hours of arrival.
The accommodation must be left broom clean on departure.
9. Cancellation by the tenant
Cancellations must be made in writing by email.
- Non-refundable reservation: 100% cancellation fee
- Free cancellation more than 14 days in advance: free of charge
- Free cancellation 7 days or less in advance: 100% fee
- Between 7 and 14 days: 50% discount coupon for a next direct booking
In case of no-show or early departure, the full rental price remains due.
Overnight bookings are exempt from the Distance Selling Act; there is no statutory cooling-off period.
10. Cancellation by the landlord
The landlord may terminate the agreement in the event of late payment, force majeure, or unlawful use of the accommodation.
In case of cancellation by the landlord, paid amounts for unused nights will be refunded within 30 days.
11. Liability and law
The landlord is not liable for theft, loss, damage, malfunctions, or accidents in and around the accommodation. Parking is at your own risk.
The tenant is liable for damage caused by himself or third parties.
This agreement is exclusively governed by Dutch law.
12. Complaints
Complaints must be reported immediately during your stay. Written complaints can be submitted up to 14 days after departure.

14. Website Liability
No rights can be derived from the content and operation of this website. Logies op Dreef is not liable for damages due to inaccuracies or technical malfunctions.
